Alpha Inn & Suites

I like staying near the Marina District area and this was perfect. Good restaurants ('Napizza) and a nice walk to the bay. BIG room for the price, nicely furnished w basics and the beds were very comfortable. Parking is tight but it works!

Great service the front desk worker gave me a discount when we really needed it. It was very appreciated and it truly raised the bar when it comes to hotels!!! Great service thank you so much guys! I recommend 10/10

Amazing service! Front desk was very kind and helpful even when I showed up earlier than expected. Room was spacious and freshly cleaned when I got in and all the essentials are within walking distance of the inn 10/10

Definitely a budget motel but I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and simple accommodations. The front desk was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There was not a refrigerator or microwave, but knowing that, we were able to make alternate arrangements. We just slept there as we were exploring All San Francisco has to offer. Complimentary parking was a great perk and along with location, that’s why we chose the Alpha Inn & Suites!

I saw a few bad reviews but I figured we won't be in the room much. We were greeted by a very nice woman and check-in was easy. The room was clean and neat and the bathroom was also nice. Parking is a bit tight but we made it work.

Had an excellent, no-fuss stay here. Offers free parking, which is a huge plus, but it is limited (try to get there near check-in time). The staff was helpful and friendly. The building is pretty old, but the rooms are clean and cozy. Shower was warm with good water pressure. Rooms are missing a refrigerator, which is a bummer, though there is a Walgreens right across the street as well as some markets to buy food. Honestly, just a great value overall, especially considering the location. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, we didn't know what to expect based on the photos and mixed reviews. It was a great find. Convenient, clean, great water pressure, and comfortable beds. The noise complaints that people make are not truthful or fair, because the hotel is located off a main road, so you should expect to hear some traffic. The noise was your standard city traffic noise during the day and quiet at night. The desk clerks were very kind also. We'd recommend if you need a good accommodation. My only request is for all hotels to go back to 4 or more pillows per bed. Pillows add to comfort.

Staff was super friendly and nice! Room was just fine, wasn’t planning to be in it a lot but was great when we were. It’s an older building and obviously is in need of a little love which it looked like it was in the process of. The one and ONLY complaint is the faucets: they have no chill factor! It’s either ice cold or scolding hot.
